Thank you for visiting and shopping at Nour Atelier. The following terms and conditions constitute our Shipping Policy. Our commitment is to provide optimal shipping options and the highest levels of responsiveness, delivering to customers across the world every day.

Domestic Shipping Policy (Mainland UK)

We are pleased to offer shipping services throughout Mainland UK via Royal Mail.

Domestic (Tracked & Signed) Shipping

  • Cost: Fast & Free (Applies to Mainland UK only).
  • Service: Tracked 48HR Service.
  • Delivery Aim: 2–3 working days.
  • Benefit: Provides peace of mind as the parcel requires a signature upon delivery.

International Shipping Policy

We proudly offer international shipping services. Please note that there are some locations where we are currently unable to ship; please confirm your country during checkout.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

  • Import Costs: Import duties, customs fees, and taxes for international shipments may be levied upon arrival in the destination country.
  • Customer Responsibility: These costs vary by country, and Nour Atelier strongly encourages you to be aware of these potential charges before placing an order.
  • Refusal to Pay: If you refuse to pay duties and taxes upon arrival, the goods will be returned to Nour Atelier at the customer's expense. We will issue a refund for the value of the goods paid, minus the cost of the return shipping. The cost of the initial outbound shipping will not be refunded.
  • Customs Declarations: International shipments cannot be marked as a "gift" or have prices altered on customs declaration forms/packing slips.

General Information & Order Processing

  • Dispatch Time: Orders are typically dispatched within 1 working day (24 hours) of payment confirmation.
  • Operating Hours: Our warehouse operates Monday through Friday during standard business hours, excluding national holidays. We take steps to minimize delays during these times.
  • Change of Delivery Address: We are only able to change the delivery address before the order has been dispatched. Once the order has been processed, we cannot guarantee changes.
  • P.O. Box Shipping: Nour Atelier can ship to P.O. Box addresses exclusively using Royal Mail services. We may not be able to offer alternate courier services to these locations.
  • Items Out of Stock: If an item in your order is found to be out of stock, we will immediately cancel and refund the out-of-stock items and dispatch the remainder of your order.
  • Tracking: Upon dispatch, customers will receive a tracking link via email from which they can monitor the progress of their shipment, based on the latest updates provided by the shipping provider.

Parcels Damaged in Transit

  • If you notice a parcel is damaged while the courier is present:
    • If possible, reject the parcel from the courier immediately.
    • Contact our customer service team immediately.
  • If the parcel was delivered without your presence and you discover damage, please contact our customer service team for detailed next steps.
